The Parish Council is extremely proud of the three excellent Community Venues, which are owned and maintained by the Council – Holbrook Tythe Barn, North Heath Hall and Roffey Millennium Hall – all of which are available for hire for a variety of functions.
Due to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, the Parish Council managed Halls are currently closed until 3rd December 2020. We are working hard to reopen them as soon as possible.
The Parish Council also owns and maintains two Multi Courts, which are in the grounds of Holbrook Tythe Barn and offer facilities for football with floodlighting.
The Parish Council Multicourts are also closed due to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic and they will be open as soon as possible.
The Parish Council operates a tiered pricing structure which gives discounts for community and charity users.

BOOK EARLY TO AVOID DISAPPOINTMENT
We will require:
1. The date and time of hire you wish to book. Please include time for setting and clearing up necessary to your booking (note that at least 30 minutes is needed either side of party bookings)
We will do our best to accommodate you with your requirements although certain dates may not be available or we’ll try to suggest some alternatives.
2. Who and what the hall is booked out for?
For example, if you are booking for your 9 year olds birthday party.
3. Approximately how many people will be attending?
We do have maximum capacities that vary from hall to hall.
3. Any room requirements needed?
This includes the amount of:
Tables and chairs required (does not apply to people booking for parties although, tables and chairs are provided), OHP stand, if access is needed to disabled toilets.
Teas and coffees (including amount), OHP projector, flip chart, extension lead (only applies to Roffey Millennium Hall)
