North Horsham Parish Council was served by the West Sussex County Council Mobile Library Service but regrettably in October 2019 the Mobile Library vehicle was deemed to no longer be roadworthy, therefore, on 3rd December 2019 the West Sussex Cabinet took the decision to cease the service following a five week consultation.
